If we do this properly, the system earns you considerably more than it costs you — and honestly, that is the only reason a monthly relationship should ever survive. So the pricing is built around that idea. You are not paying off a website. You are paying for software that runs quietly, looks good, is genuinely easy to use, and makes your business money.
Which is why most of what we do can be switched on and off whenever you like. If it stops being worth it, you should be able to stop paying for it — and we would rather earn your business every month than hold onto it with a contract.

Websites and full CRM set-ups carry a 12-month minimum, because we do the build up front and carry the cost. It is the only place we ask for a commitment.
Once the minimum is served the plan just rolls month to month. Tell us and it stops. We would rather you left easily and came back than felt trapped.
CRM & Platform is the base everything else runs on. After that, add whatever you want, whenever you want.
Text messages, email sends and AI phone minutes are billed at cost plus a small handling fee, itemised on your invoice — we would rather show you the real number than pad the monthly. Everything except CRM & Platform can be switched off at any time. All prices exclude VAT.
